  Food is good. Service can be slow even when not busy. Tonight it was slow. Waitress was attentive and did a good job. 2md time service fantastic. Louis is a wonderful waiter.

  We had the pleasure of sitting in the bar booths work this same server 2 x on a weekday before going to the movies and she was seriously the best. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of before. She was so great to me and my boyfriend.

  I called for a carry-out order and asked the employee on the phone if we could use Plenti reward points to pay. She informed me that yes I could use Plenti rewards points but only for carry-out, not for dining in. I placed an order and when we arrived we learned that they had lost it. The employee apologized and put in a rush order for our food. After a few minutes we asked if we could pay to speed things up and told them we'd be using our points. The employee said they do not take them. We asked to speak to the manager, who refused to even apologize or admit that her employee had made a mistake on the phone. After presenting her with my call log (time and phone number) she just said hmm, and again refused to apologize. That combined with our last visit (when they'd lost their liquor license for serving underage kids) is enough to make me never come back. Avoid this location if you can!

  Chili's is one of our guilty pleasures. Most of our friends would frown down on visiting a chain restaurant, but we really enjoy it. The service was top notch. Very kid friendly.
