  Staff trys to be nice to customers but seem super overwhelmed with their duties. My only assumption is because the low staff, employees carry more responsibilities OR they're not trained but rather thrown in positions and forced to learn as they work.
  
  The result is slow service and inaccurate food which is disappointing since this is a prime location for people needing coffee or quick meals.

  Horrible service. I came in and ordered at 8:30 tonight. The whole night shift crew is horrible. After I got my food which I paid $26.04 for, I come up to the register for some more sauce. The one female employee and the female manager both look at me then walk by and make me wait and then I finally get a response from the employee. She asks me in exact words, "What do you want?" I ask if I can get two or three more sauces and then she rolls her eyes, turns around and grabs two sauces and tells me that next time, I'll have to pay $.20 for each extra sauce. To top things off my fries were cold as well.

  Horrible! They mess everything up and don't ever want to fix it, they don't know how to make a cup of coffee to save there lives. They really need to start making things right before someone shuts them down.
