  Second problem again! Male employee with darker complexion and glasses is rude all the time. I order by drive-thru and he was rude while taking the order. I then pull up to first window, after waiting several minutes I move up to second window. He then yells out the window to pull back. We gave a coupon for a sandwich and he began to have his own conversation with someone else. He made no direct eye contact and when we were confused he loudly said "I'm not talking to you". It took him a few minutes for him to realize he did not enter coupon correctly and was giving us wrong total. We pull up to second window with both himself and pregnant employee laughing as if it was directed to us. I asked for buffalo sauce and pregnant employee slams them on my hand as if I bothered her for my request. No greeting was given. No thank you, hello, or good bye. Terrible service as always. The food is fine I am not sure why these two are still here. I did online survey for the second time and first time I never received a call.
